We’re hiring an experienced landscaper to provide high-quality landscaping services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. Responsibilities: Maintain flower beds with a sprinkler or irrigation system Work with fellow crew members to complete landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance Put pesticide on greenery when needed for weed control Complete lawn care, groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, raking, fertilizing, mulching, and pruning Provide clients with recommendations to maintain their landscaping design • Manage and run up to 6 crew members • Read landscape plans • Problem solver • Irrigation and plant installation • Experience in new commercial landscape installs • Punctual • Bilingual Qualifications: Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic In good physical condition with excellent health Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers • Must have at least 2 years of irrigation training and knowledge Compensation: $48,000 - $59,000 yearly
