    About the Role

    As one of the first Business Development Representatives hired at Arpio, this role has an amazing opportunity for growth, impact and upside. As part of the broader Go-To-Market organization at Arpio, BDRs are responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels to generate qualified meetings. With a small team, no territory or segment limits and a high average sale, the sky really is the limit!

    Responsibilities

    • Use various research and prospecting strategies such as cold calling, email, and social to lead initial outreach to our contacts in our target audience
    • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and match to the Arpio solution
    • Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives
    • Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the need for disaster recovery and Arpio
    • Collaborate with sales management, marketing and customer success to develop new programs and improvements to drive growth, including sales and marketing campaigns, packages and pricing, sales pitches, and more.

    About You - Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in a business development or direct sales role in B2B SaaS
    • Have a "test and iterate" mindset using data
    • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems, with an ability to track and present on results
    • Passion to win and deliver customer results
    • Located in or willing to relocate to the greater Research Triangle Area of North Carolina (Raleigh-Durham)
