    HB STAFFING, an Array Company, is hiring Sales Development Representatives in HUNTINGTON BEACH! This role will support our sales initiatives through identifying and developing new business opportunities in our local markets. We are looking to bring someone onboard ASAP to help support our teams across all lines of business.

    TASKS:

    • Conduct a high volume of “Selling” activity aligned with the plan
    • Generate new leads/prospects
    • Qualify leads/prospects according to standards
    • Effectively handle objections from leads and qualified opportunities
    • Evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards
    • Inspire confidence in prospects and leads
    • Prospect for leads/prospects
    • Schedule appointments for partners with qualified leads/prospects
    • Conduct turnover of qualified leads/prospects with partner
    • Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
