EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 6 months of professional experience, including internship and part-time employment, are required! 1 year of customer service or outreach experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing is a nice to have.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma is required; College is a plus

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm OR 11am-8pm PST

COMPENSATION: $32,240/annually + benefits + 401(k) + commission + stock

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Simply put, your purpose will be to find and attract candidates who have the potential to become Peak Performers for open positions. You will search through resume databases, conduct outreach and prospecting activities, complete pre-screening interviews, and facilitate candidates' progress towards the next steps in their careers! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively sourcing for qualified candidates via outbound communications on job boards and social platforms
• Conducting prospecting activities with job seekers
• Conducting pre-screening interviews
• Documenting the information into our ATS
• Working collaboratively with Agents and managers to hire qualified talent for our clients
• Competing with yourself and your colleagues to be a top performer every day

SKILLS, APTITUDES, AND MINDSETS:

• Relevant customer service, sales prospecting, or human resources experience are a plus
• The ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is required.
• Must demonstrate a strong customer focus, teamwork, and technical proficiency or ability to quickly learn different systems
• Strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written)
• Excellent follow through skills and time management.
• Possess excellent phone skills with a strong sense of urgency
• Multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are essential
• Ability to provide and take “on the spot” feedback from Managers and Peers as a learning experience
