Position: Registered Nurse

Experience: At least 3-6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred Will Consider New Graduates

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day Shift

Pay: Up to $50/hour, based on position and experience

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
• Preparing patients for exams and treatment
• Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
• Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
• Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
• Supervising licensed practical and vocational nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing students

Position Requirements:

• Valid Hawaii RN License is required
• Vaccination Records and 2-step TB Clearance within the past 12 months
• Current BLS (must be from American Heart Association)
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
