    ROLE PURPOSE:

    The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties to support the client's organization.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide reception support
    • Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
    • Process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks
    • Check inventory to source cutting tools
    • Provide general clerical support such as data entry, filing, etc.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    EXPERIENCE: At least one-year of professional clerical or office experience is required; previous experience as a secretary or receptionist a plus!

    SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Incumbent must be detail oriented, professional and able to provide excellent service to our customers and clients.
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    TYPE: Full-Time

    PAY RATE: $18.00/hour

    SCHEDULE: TBD at time of interview
