POSITION: Healthcare Talent Agent

LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relative business experience, recruitment and/or staffing industry experience. Healthcare background desired but not required

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, human resources, or related field of study preferred

TYPE: Full-time; Temp to Perm

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Possible Hybrid (Some WFH)

COMPENSATION: Starting from $45,000 to $55,000/annually, based on experience PLUS bonuses and commissions based on individual and team performance.

KAHU MALAMA NURSES is seeking a HEALTHCARE TALENT AGENT to join our growing and dynamic team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Full cycle recruiting process for temporary, per diem and direct hire healthcare placement
• Recruit for high-volume positions in hospitals, long term care centers, skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare settings
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management and assist in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Create weekly or monthly reports for the GM or other departments as needed
• Screen and conduct interviews to qualify candidates
• Mentor, train, and provide feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients
• Work cohesively with the Staffing Department to ensure both recruiting and staffing teams are aware of and working to fill all open positions in a timely manner

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional written and presentation skills
• Good problem-solving capabilities and goal oriented
• Relevant customer service, human resource experience, and sales experience is a plus
• Must demonstrate a strong customer focus, be team oriented, and have technical proficiency to include but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written)
• Excellent follow through skills and time management
