THE JOB: 

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information
• Resolve customer issues timely and thoroughly, seeking to exceed customer expectation on every interaction
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
• Other various duties

POSITION DETAILS: TRAINING: PAID training will be provided SHIFT: Day Shift, 8-hour shift, Weekend availability PAY: $20/hr starting pay and get paid every Friday PERKS:
