POSITION: IT Call Taker

LOCATION: Frederick, MD

EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of public facing customer service work experience to include data entry skills

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED

TYPE: Full-time; Contract

SCHEDULE: Day Shift

PAY: $21/hour

HB STAFFING is seeking an IT CALL TAKER to join a growing and dynamic team ASAP!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The ability to respond to incoming calls in a professional manner and to accurately compile and verify the information received, following a structured process, for entry into an online database is critical to the success of the temporary employee.
• This position will also offer guided troubleshooting support to County callers; Additional duties may be offered to the temporary employee depending on their skill level

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Due to the system access involved in this position, individuals selected for this temporary assignment will be required to complete a thorough background investigation; Successful results must be obtained and discussed with County HR staff before final hiring will occur.
