Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Frederick, MD

Experience: 5 years of recent apartment leasing experience; Prior property management experience is a plus

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Type: Full-time

Schedule: M-F 9am - 6pm & every other Saturday 10am-4pm

Pay: $19/hour

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Comply with the spirit and letter of Equal Opportunity Housing, Fair Housing law, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, aiding customers & guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Conduct post-close administrative processes
• Conduct tours, presenting the facility in a positive, truthful light and answering prospect questions
• Develop and implement simple marketing & awareness activity plans to drive traffic
• Execute planned activities and events in support of renewals and account expansion
• Provides comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensures customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services

Position Requirements

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
• Must be able to complete daily responsibilities with little to no assistance
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be able to create, develop and maintain client relationships
• Must be independent, with the ability to problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills, which include, written, verbal and listening.
• Punctual attendance; Dependable
• Organized, detail, and task oriented.
