POSITION: Talent Consultant
LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii
EXPERIENCE: At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required
TYPE: Full-time, Direct Hire
SCHEDULE: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (to be confirmed at time of interview)
COMPENSATION: Up to $75,000 annually PLUS generous commission opportunity

STAFFING SOLUTIONS OF HAWAII is a leading provider of high-performing, on-demand, labor solutions, which are delivered from our team of assessed and precisely trained Rays for innovative customers in Hawaii. Our customized workforce solutions are Powered by Array, who provides a tech-enabled platform that allows us to source, assess, train, and deploy labor against our customers' needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sourcing to fill positions of various industries and levels
- Conducting thorough and detailed candidate screening, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintaining communications with candidates and providing timely updates
- Providing timely documentation of all recruiting actions
- Conducting research and reporting on recruiting trends and technology
- Continually stay updated and knowledgeable in all Federal, HR Laws, policies, and regulations
- Receiving and creating new job orders received from our clients into our internal database and enter all relevant information accurately
- Turning in weekly/monthly activity reports to management and update on status of all orders
- Mentoring, training, and providing feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a proven track record in talent acquisition across a broad spectrum of functional skill sets both technical and non-technical to provide full-scale recruiting efforts for temp to perm, contract and direct hire placements
- Must have training and/or experience navigating the full life cycle of recruiting
- Must demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and social media
- Must be detail-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency, strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written), and excellent follow-through skills and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with others in a respectful manner and follow the company culture values, including mission statement, vision statement, and core values
