JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE will support our Staffing sales initiatives through identifying and developing new business opportunities in our local markets.
Responsibilities include:
· Identify and research potential clients
· Develop and maintain client relationships
· Secure new business with prospects and existing clients
· Keep client information and sales leads up to date
· Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, targeted email and CRM outreach campaigns, and meeting with prospective buyers
· Communicate with stakeholders
· Negotiate contract terms with clients
· Own the relationship with the client: drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions and/or escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand our partnership and services.
· Conduct client interviews, conduct QBRs, prepare data, etc. to inform what happened last quarter and implement lessons learned into the next year.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Highly Preferred; Working sales experience may be accepted for education preference
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, to include prospecting for new business required; Previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry a plus

Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
The ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is required.
Ability to make sound business decisions and think on their toes in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written)
Excellent follow through skills and time management.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
Multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are essential
Ability to take “on the spot” feedback from Managers and Peers as a learning experience
TYPE: Full-time; Temp to Hire
PAY: Up to $70,000/annually, plus bonuses and commissions based on experience and performance
