Location: Hartford, CT

Experience: Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required - PAID TRAINING IS PROVIDED!

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Home School equivalency is required

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, some weekend and OT availability on occasion; hours vary depending on shift! Possible shifts:

• Day Shift (7am, 8am, and 9am starts)
• Mid Shift (11am start)
• Overnight Shift (12am to 2:30am starts)

Pay: $17/hour

Array Corporation is seeking Distribution Center (DC) Associates to join our growing and dynamic team!

The DC Associate has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. An integral part of the team, the DC Associate verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance, maintains complete and accurate paperwork, and operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.

Job Description:

• Marks pallets with identifying store information
• Uses lift equipment (manual pallet jack for Worldpac or Forklift (Advance Auto will certify) as needed once training and certification are completed
• Pick and stage parts for store replenishment
• Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner)

Position Requirements:

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50. Items heavier than 50lbs will be moved with assistance of Pallet Jack (WP) or Forklift (AAP)
• Being at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
