POSITION: PART-TIME CONCIERGE

SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 3 PM TO 11PM; WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!

PAY: STARTING AT $16.50/HR PLUS continuous mentorship and progressive job placements

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of concierge or hospitality customer service experience is preferred

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED; Fair Housing Training a plus

LOCATION: Washington, D.C.

HIREONE STAFFING is seeking PART-TIME CONCIERGE PROFESSIONALS to join our growing and dynamic team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet guests and complete reservations in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, diffusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
• Receive, store, or deliver guest luggage, mail, or packages according to local standard
• Make recommendations for restaurants and entertainment based on a detailed understanding of the neighborhood

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the "Ray Stuff" (good ethics, honesty and integrity)
• Familiarity with Property Management programs such as Rent Cafe, Yardi, Building Link and MRI
• Strong Microsoft Word/typing skills
• Ability to converse with guests in a charismatic way - extroverts will exceed in this position
• Punctual attendance; Dependable
• Organized, detail, and task oriented
