Job Description: Part Time/Full Time

Insurance Sales and Service Agent

Windows Proficient, Word, Excel, etc, professional, reliable, organized, motivated, demonstrate initiative

Examples of Duties:

· Answer telephones applying professional and courteous etiquette and direct calls to proper personnel or take messages as needed

· Type and proofread letters and forms

· Order driving records for agents

· Take payments (except for new business)

· Contact policy holders to develop information

· Maintain correspondence in client files

· Contact clients for appointments

· Balance accounting at end of business day

· Develop and mail miscellaneous letters as instructed in English and Spanish

· Telemarket for prospects

· Assist clients with billing questions

· Complete administrative requirements for agents

· Endorsement follow up with clients

· Set appointments for agents and financial specialist

· Actively solicit new clients and refer to agents

· Other duties as assigned or required

· Works well with other employees, team player, positive attitude

· Reliable, efficient, punctual, fluent in Spanish
