    AS A MEMBER OF OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM, HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    The Vice President of Clinical and Client Programs will be a key contributor in driving Arrive Health’s next stage of rapid growth. The Vice President, Clinical & Client Programs will work with key stakeholders tounderstand, define, and communicate business requirements to the Arrive Health Product andEngineering Teams to enhance, develop, and deliver market ready solutions. Bringing a thoroughunderstanding of medication order workflows, from provider order entry through pharmacy adjudicationand fulfillment, this role will inform product strategy, assess customer usability, and provide a feedbackloop the Commercial and Product teams to enhance and optimize the Arrive Health suite of solutions.

    This role will direct the Customer Success team fostering an engaging and rewarding team environmentfor Client Success, Strategic Account, and Provider Engagement team members. This role will alsocontinue to cultivate clinical subject matter forums and professional development opportunities for clinicalpharmacy and nursing staff.

    AMONG OTHER THINGS, HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:

    • Support the overall health system, payer, and EHR client activities with a primary responsibility to ensure timely product and enhancement implementations, thorough training and engagement plans, prompt resolution to issues, delivery of performance reports, and proactive quarterly business reviews.
    • Develop value infrastructure including comparative performance reporting on alternative quality, alternative optimization opportunities, and customer adoption and switch rates.
    • Support business functions by providing in-depth knowledge of pharmacy and prescriber workflows, products, business processes, and data definitions.
    • Collaborate with product strategy to identify industry trends blocking business partnerships and communicates enhancement requests for technical vetting and prioritization.
    • Build strong, lasting customer partnerships to maximize the value of our products and services and grow the value of our business.
    • Contact and visit customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationship, advise of new product and service offerings, and obtain feedback on products.
    • Develop the Customer Success Team, manage performance, as well as team activities to ensure alignment with the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and represent the Client Success, Engagement and Strategic Account teams at the leadership level.
    • Establish a strategy for the Client Success, Engagement and Strategic Account teams and translate into tactical plans and success metrics.
    • Foster culture that is engaging and professionally rewarding for team members while managing to established goals and objectives.  
    • Inspire and influence at the company level, models the way for all employees, and drives a culture aligned to our values.

    IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK IN A CANDIDATE:

    • 10+ years’ experience working in pharmacy utilization management and engagement
    • 5+ years’ successfully leading and managing teams
    • 3+ years’ experience practicing as a physician, clinician, or pharmacist.
    • Demonstrated understanding of medication order workflows, from provider order entry through pharmacy adjudication and fulfillment
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
    • Ability to contribute your voice to both strategy and tactics
    • Proven relationship management skills and ability to manage large complex clients
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%

    This is a full-time remote position, with the option of traveling to cowork in our Denver, CO headquarters a few times a year. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, Arrive Health does not offer sponsorship.     ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE FOR THIS POSITION:

    $161,000 to $190,000 base salary
