We are seeking ENTRY LEVEL (REMOTE) FINANCIAL BROKERS/ INSURANCE AGENTS to join our team!

You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling Life insurance policies and selling other services to the consumer up to but not limited to, Vivant Smart Home alarm systems, Rocket Mortgage loans, to new and existing clients. Extensive training provided to new Partners!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Must be coachable and adaptive to training
• Must have a Smartphone or a Laptop

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred, but NOT mandatory in Sales, Marketing, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Clean Background check (No Felonies)

This is a commission based position, with promotional opportunities, up to but not limited to, becoming a RVP in the company and incentives up to 110%! This is a NO income cap position, there is an unlimited amount of income you can earn if incentives are reached.
