Arrow Alliance Industries is currently seeking a Logistics Data Management and Analytics Manager interested in joining our team of professionals to provide support to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Information Technology Branch (LPI) Support Services.
LPI provides administrative oversight and functional management of USMC Logistics information technology (IT) and data in order to meet the needs of the Marine Corps in Joint, Coalition, and expeditionary environments also known as Information Technology Portfolio Management (IT PfM).
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on-site in National Capital region
Provide subject matter expertise on IT project management and software development to ensure the timely completion of sprints and projects remain on task and timeline
Analyze data and generate reports regarding the progress of current cloud-based software development efforts, program offices’ status as requested
Perform gap & capability analyses on applications existing within the portfolio
Perform financial analyses on cloud computing costs, infrastructure, security and platform costs for applications living within the enterprise cloud environment.
Assist in developing policy is it pertains to Logistics IT efforts and goals
Maintain SharePoint site presence for the section as a means to communicate with the logistics community on policy, strategy, processes in order to generate alignment with the Fleet Marine Force
Research areas relevant to the LogIT portfolio and provide recommendations and findings as requested (Naval cloud offerings, DoD/Joint offerings etc.)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Master of Science Degree
Four (4+) years of experience in creating/maintaining algorithms
DESIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, and Business, Management or related scientific or technical discipline
4+ years of specialized experience in data analytics, metadata cataloging and building data dictionaries, analytics, forecasting and modeling
IT specific certifications (Sec+, CISSP, AWS Associate level or specialty certifications)
8+ years of experience in managing and directing IT projects and programs related to requirements initiatives and/or technology development/integration
Understanding of logistics portfolio and technology development and maturation.
Demonstrated and specialized experience with data integration, cataloging and Data as a Service cloud technologies
** Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
