We specialize in paving and asphalt maintenance, providing a wide range of services including paving, grade work, chip sealing, asphalt patching, crack sealing, seal coating, fog sealing, parking lot striping, post/signage installation, bollards, wheel stops, and sweeping in Washington and North Idaho.

NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

1. Paving Operators- Responsible for operating paving equipment efficiently and safely to ensure high-quality results in asphalt paving projects.

2. Screed Operators - Skilled in operating and adjusting the screed to ensure proper asphalt thickness and smoothness during paving operations.

3. Roller Operator - Proficient in operating asphalt rollers to achieve the desired compaction and finish on paved surfaces.

4. Asphalt Rakers/Laborers - Assist in various tasks including asphalt spreading, raking, and general labor duties to support the paving crew.

5. CDL Drivers - Responsible for hauling materials and equipment to and from job sites. CDL license required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Prior experience in asphalt paving and maintenance preferred for operator positions.
- Valid CDL for CDL driver position.
- Ability to work full-time hours during the seasonal period (April through November).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
