Are you an information sleuth willing to investigate all the clues to uncover the best solution to enhance efficiencies? Our client is merging with another company and needs to gather information to streamline into one process. 

This is a full-time, remote, 4-month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $45-$60/hour

Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Excellent gathering and analyzing data skills for end user support, invoice and billing, site support, infrastructure and vendor management
• Ability to uncover hidden information in order to streamline business processes
• Deliver actionable reports/debriefs on collected information
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and data analytics software
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Highly personable with excellent communication skills
