 Arrow Solutions Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in our Centennial, Colorado office. You will be cultivating relationships with prospective employees and delivering well-matched and high talent employees to clients.

Compensation: Starting at $40,000 - Yearly

How you’ll spend your day:

• Recruit top tier candidates for our valued clients with appropriate qualifications
• Interview prospective candidates to assess qualifications and capabilities
• Use internal ATS for all workflows
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review, research and understand technical job requirements
• Create detailed job descriptions
• Assist candidates with interview preparation
• Follow up with candidates 

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources or technical field
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing company
• Strong technical aptitude
• Inquisitive nature and strong relationship builder
• Proficiency with ATS software, Microsoft Office, resume databases, leveraging social media sites, sourcing tools, cold calling and networking
• Appreciation for detailed documentation within an internal ATS system
• Proven ability to function/recruit on a regional and national level
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
