Job Description
Growing, dynamic recycling company located in Fontana, CA, has an immediate Customer Service Representative opening.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage assigned accounts
- Prepares reports as needed
- Answers calls as needed
- Ensuring accurate data entry for all customer information, contact and service needs
- Create literature and marketing materials as needed to promote brand and experience
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management and office
- Oversee new technology initiatives as it relates to marketing; auto-texting
- Collaborate with sales team, scale house and dispatch to execute excellence
- Communicate with customers in various ways, such as: via phone, via email, & constant contact
- When needed visit accounts (their facilities)
- Become an expert on our Onboarding process:
- Introduction to customer. Create raving Fans!
- Monitoring and liaison to new accounts
- Pictures of the loads: take/ request
- Prepare reports
- Assist sales process
- Assist with Street Customer
- Assist with new procedures that the Customer Service Department implements
- Assist and execute different projects
_The ideal candidate would possess the following: _
- 3 yrs. experience in Customer Service
- Bilingual highly desired
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong MS Office and Computer skills
- Quick learner and intelligent
- Team Player
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- The desire to do the job right every time
_Compensation Package: _
· $17.50-20.50 per hour DOE
