KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create an exceptional guest experience that sells your skills as a beauty expert
- Provide a variety of services while inspiring and connecting with our guests
- Express a passion for trends in the beauty, fashion and cosmetics world
Elevate the experience by providing one-on-one information on trends, services and applications
- Including: Facial Peels, Facial Waxing’s, Makeup applications, Specialty Services, Experience with threading services is a plus
Ability to quickly assess guest’s needs and to connect to make their experience memorable
Provides information upcoming promotion, events, and products within the salon
Responsible for managing and engaging with guests for a variety of events
Recruit guests to the Beauty Zone by providing demo’s and hand massages
- Must love all things beauty related and provide enthusiastic personal testimonies to guests regarding our products and/or services

Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cosmetology license required
- Ability to stand all day and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend
- Exceptional customer service/retail background a must
- Maintain cleanliness, within State Board requirements
Required Experience
