JOB DUTIES: 

Guest Engagement

• Welcome and Assist Guests

• Foster positive relationships with our guests as their primary point of contact

• Cash handling + balancing of drawers

• Confident and personable phone etiquette

• Promptly assess guests needs and proactively provides solutions

• Daily opening and closing duties

• Assists with Salon Cleanliness—dusting, stocking, laundry, loading and unloading dishwasher

• Must love all things beauty related and provide enthusiastic personal testimonies to guests regarding our products or services.
