    SHIFT: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm COMPENSATION: $23 hourly POSITION: In this position, you will be responsible for general duties involving:

    • Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware, and software.
    • Responsible for day-to-day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume.
    • Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems.
    • Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior experience preferred.
