One of our high-end Architecture & Planning clients is seeking a very talented Project Administrator to join their OC team!

In this role, you will be supporting the project administrative team with meeting coordination and setup, managing email, completing project tasks and coordinating with the team to assist with administrative support for the office! We are looking for a team player who is organized with the ability to multitask and coordinate projects while wearing many hats for our client. If you have a great attitude and you’re driven by a collaborative team spirit, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Requirements:

-       Looking for 2+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience

-       Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. (Strong typing and phone skills)

-       Strong communication skills

-       Construction, Architecture & Planning experience is a huge plus!
