    We provide staffing solutions for the creative, marketing, and advertising industry. You will be working with a creative staffing industry leader specializing in the placement of Web, Digital, Marketing, Advertising, and Creative talent in both Temporary and Direct Hire positions. You will have the skills and knowledge to identify opportunities for further expansion with our existing client base and develop and cultivate new business opportunities with other advertising agencies, interactive shops, and large in-house marketing departments that have a need for extremely talented people!

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION – WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

    • Managing and executing business development plans and sales campaigns

    • Building long lasting and trusted relationships within the creative industry

    • Developing and activating marketing campaigns with the assistance of the recruiting team

    • Contract negotiations and must be comfortable selling the benefits vs. features of our creative agency

    • Daily phone sales and weekly client visits – keeping track of hot leads and making sure you are staying consistent with follow-up

     

    
JOB SPECIFICATIONS – WHAT DO YOU NEED TO QUALIFY?

    • Minimum of 3+ years in a B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management role

    • You must have excellent communication skills – phone presence and strong writing skills

    • We are looking for a creative problem solver and someone who can bring personality and positivity to the table

    • You must have the drive to become successful within a new environment and have the will to be a team player

    • Exposure to the creative, marketing or advertising industry is a HUGE plus!

     

    Compensation: DOE + Commission
