Marketing Analyst gathers, documents, and analyzes marketing requirements, conducts marketing analysis, participates in functional application design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. 1-3 years of related work experience.
The candidate should have analytical experience and a thorough understanding of customer churn within a subscription based product or service. Analytical exposure with a finance background would be ideal. The candidate’s strengths need to include identifying and understanding trends of customers that are churning and help transfer the insight from the analysis to the product manager. The insight needs to also be incorporated into subscriber forecast assumptions. The ability to analyze, critically think and communicate is critical.

Extract and utilize data from multiple sources including data warehouse, excel, and third party vendor to develop fact based recommendations.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support for the business team including working cross-functionally with other teams such as IT and Finance
Required Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Prior experience building financial or subscriber models
