BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Administrative position responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide production and packing reports to operations. Assist the Management Team with projects as assigned. Interaction with all levels of management.

Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years clerical/materials/purchasing experience
- Familiar with Sky Chefs computer systems (i.e. CBASE, Link, Ace, Aris.) – a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
- Able to type 50 WPM
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS--24/7 ENVIRONMENT
