Performs assignments that involve independent judgment. Analyzes various documents and routinely add information to internal systems. Capable of processing and tracking site prequalification for Broadband services. Ability to track up to 200 requests per day. Notifies internal customers of prequel status when requested via email. Tasks and/or issues guided by application of standards, procedures or precedent. Normally receives general instructions via a daily schedule and expected to work independently to complete the prequalification process for each site. Decisions are made independently for most work assignments. One to several tasks are assigned concurrently with direction readily available if required. Internal contact is typically coordinative in nature and possibly involves exchanging and interpreting information with the contacts. There is no direct outside customer contact. Consolidates and presents in a spreadsheet formal prequel status at the end of the day to the Manager for master schedule updates. Requires excellent writing and interpersonal skills. JOB DUTIES: Will work customer site prequalification for Broadband services. Will work with internal database systems to ensure all defined sites have been prequaled with the access carriers. Will need to learn systems and defined processes. Will work other duties related to site prequals as required. MUST HAVE SKILLS:
