About the Role:
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Art of Drawers - Atlanta in Marietta, GA. This role will be responsible for managing the procurement process, working closely with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our Corporate Markets and Franchise Partner Territories.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate procurement process from sourcing to delivery
Communicate with vendors to manage orders and delivery timeframes
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering
Collaborate with franchise partners to forecast material needs
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
Coordinate with billing team to ensure accurate pricing and payments
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
