Job Description

 CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LOCATION: NORCO, CA TYPE: CONTRACT UP TO 6 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE DIRECT HIRE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal directly with internal and external customers either by telephone or electronically. International experience a big plus.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Provide delivery information.
• Maintain customer database.
• Coordinate shipments with Forwarders and our warehouse.
• Prepare documents for international shipments.
• Assist other account managers and territories as needed.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
