    Job Description

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor 12 months with possible extension Location: Norco, CA, will work on-site. Non-Remote Must Have Ability to speak/understand English and Spanish or Portuguese OVERVIEW This position is a key customer advocate and liaison between the company and customers across Latin America. Customer Service provides ongoing status of order progress and works with the customer to ensure concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative partners with sales and is a key participant in maintaining customer relationships to ensure customers are always satisfied. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Loading and acknowledging purchase orders into ERP.
    • Run and analyze shipping requirements reports for daily review and follow-up of committed ship and delivery dates with the customer.
    • Communicate with customer regarding prioritization of ship dates and order quantities.
    • Timely communication with customers of any changes to the committed schedule.
    • Ensure timely availability of shipping documents including packing lists, commercial invoices, bill of lading, import/export documents, etc.
    • Timely escalation of critical issues.
    • Help coordinate shipments with customer, their freight forwarder and our warehouse.
    • Communicate with Sales regarding customer pricing, quoting, changes in delivery and other events impacting customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with customer any inventory/shipping discrepancies. Act as initial point of contact for the customer return process.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma, college courses in business a plus.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Must be able to speak and write English, Spanish and/ or Portuguese.
