The IN-HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is responsible to all activities required to support and maintain customers, including customer relationship management, order entry, introduction of new customers, and communication of customer expectations throughout the organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage order entry, customer relations and order fulfillment on all incoming customer inquiries
· Demonstrate industry-leading service and achieve complete issue resolution on every interaction
· Complete assigned outbound calls and e-mails to support customer retention
· Complete order entry for new/existing customers to include: proofs, notes, etc.
· Assist the sales team with maintaining and updating product information and order entry
· Assist web customers and provide solutions to inquiries
· KPI’s
· Effectively completing assigned tasks in Salesforce to drive customer retention and sales
· Focus on servicing e-commerce customers and providing solutions to inbound inquiries and troubleshooting via phone, chat and e-mail
QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate’s Degree in areas of Business, Marketing, Communication or related field with 1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Office suite applications, specifically Excel. Project Management software, data/ warehousing and/or CRM systems is preferred.
