What You Will Do:

As part of Guidehouse's Advanced Data Analytics team, you will work on important and visible projects that help shape our current business and long-term strategy. You will be part of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), where our team focuses on using Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and RPA to solve our client's most critical challenges. Our projects range from helping clients start their automation journey to implementing and scaling full-grown RPA programs. We also combine advanced technologies like AI and machine learning with RPA to create cognitive automations that can complete tasks beyond the capabilities of RPA alone.

What You Will Need:

- You must be a US citizen. - Bachelor's degree is required. - 4+ years of experience in process automation-related areas, including: - Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) - SharePoint workflow design - Software development skills using R, Python, .Net, or other languages including VBA - Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software - Business skills and experience in IT, accounting, finance, or operations - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in effectively communicating to various audiences in a professional environment. - Strong organization and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Experience mentoring and leading junior staff members, providing technical training. - Ability to build relationships with clients, identify and address client needs, and communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Experience with commercial automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. - Familiarity with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts. - Knowledge of human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations. - Expertise in business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management. - Experience in business process analysis and optimization, gathering requirements, and process mapping. - Ability to select and apply the appropriate automation or software tool for a customer requirement.
