AS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST YOUR JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• 3-way matching and coding invoices
• T&E reporting
• entering and managing freight charges
• ensuring discounts are processed correctly and captured
• communicating with vendors and managing the master vendor file

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or construction company
• experience working with any ERP system
• experience with pivot tables and vlookups
• a detail-oriented/audit mentality

Salary: $25/hour to $28/hour
