Overview

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team at our facility in Macon, MO. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to: lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist other team members as needed
• Perform various manual labor tasks under direct supervision, including lifting, moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and assisting with equipment operations
• Assist Work in an environment involving occasional motor coordination, physical effort in handling objects under 30 pounds, exposure to occupational risks, and occasional exposure to environmental elements like dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
• Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D, with zero to four years of previous experience (preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience).
• Execute additional duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license is a plus

Salary info:

$17 - $18 / hr
