Janitor / Cleaner Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Cleaner to join our team at our facility in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windows
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles working in a medical facilty preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Salary info:

$22 - $23 / hr
