Overview
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team at our facility located in Danville, AR. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a High School diploma or GED who are looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks under direct supervision, including lifting, moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and assisting with equipment operations
- Assist Work in an environment involving occasional motor coordination, physical effort in handling objects under 30 pounds, exposure to occupational risks, and occasional exposure to environmental elements like dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
- Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D, with zero to four years of previous experience (preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience).
- Execute additional duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is a plus.
