Warehouse Laborer -- Santa Ana, CA
We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Laborer to join our team at our facility located in Santa Ana, CA. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse and contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a High School / GED education and a strong work ethic to showcase their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to order specifications
- Exhibit a work-style that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the company
- Contribute to the effective operations of the warehouse through proper handling and organization of products
- Ensure all products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment before, during, and after each shift
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock counts
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of orders
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new warehouse staff
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid forklift operator's license or willingness to obtain one
