Overview
An established global organization in the medical device space is seeking an experienced Articulate Rise eLearning Developer with strong design capabilities to support the development of surgeon-focused training programs.
This role will focus on designing branded templates, building an initial prototype, and developing a series of high-quality eLearning courses. You’ll be responsible for translating complex, highly technical medical content into clear, engaging, and visually precise digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom branded templates in Articulate Rise, including layouts and interaction patterns
- Build an initial course prototype to establish structure, visual standards, and user experience
- Develop and produce 11+ Rise-based eLearning courses based on provided content
- Collaborate with medical writers and stakeholders to translate technical material into effective learning experiences
- Create interactive elements (knowledge checks, scenario-based interactions, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and precision of medical imagery and visuals, especially for procedural understanding
- Support the development of assessments and certification components
- Maintain consistency in branding, instructional quality, and learner experience across all courses
Content Scope
Courses will focus on surgical medical devices, including:
- What the device is
- When it is used
- Impact on patient and practitioner outcomes
- How to properly use the device
- Assessments to validate proficiency
Target audience: Surgeons and medical professionals
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing eLearning in Articulate Rise (portfolio required)
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Experience working with technical or medical content preferred
- Ability to ensure accuracy in imagery and content presentation
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles
- Experience creating interactive learning elements and assessments
- Ability to manage a flexible, part-time workload independently

- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical training
- Experience with certification or compliance-based learning

Engagement Details
- Part-time, contract role with flexible hours
