LOOKING FOR A SALES MANAGER TO MANGE OUTSIDE SALES TEAM

We are seeking a Sales Manger To manage our Outside Sales Team. - You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Manage existing Sales Reps.

• Hire More Sales reps in specific Areas.

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Create sales material to present to customers

• Follow a proven sales process that we will teach you. 3 out of 4 our of our leads close with the correct selling technique

• What you will NOT be responsible for:

• NO COLD CALLING

• NO DOOR TO DOOR

• 100% of our Leads are Unique

• Live sales and finance support for anytime you are on an appointment

• PRE QUALIFIED LEADS PROVIDED BY COMPANY

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales Management, customer service, or other related fields
• Previous Knowledge in Landscaping, Pavers Concrete and Outside sales is a big advantage
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High Energy and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn effective sales strategies designed to help succeed
