LEADING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CONSULTANCY, ARTIS CONSULTING, IS SEEKING A TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED POWER BI CONSULTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM

POWER BI CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Power BI Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our clients to envision, design, and deploy Data & AI solutions. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and multiple phases of the solution life cycle including architecting, designing, and implementing models and processes for large scale datasets.

COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive total compensation package relative to skills and experience in addition to providing an opportunity with much less frequent travel than similar jobs.

POWER BI CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years of general technology experience (required) 
• 2-5 years of Analytics/Business Intelligence solution delivery experience 
• 3 plus years of Power BI experience
• Experience with Power BI Premium environments is preferred
• DA-100 Power BI Certification is preferred
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts 
• Working knowledge of Power Query
• Microsoft technology stack experience is preferred  (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Azure data platform, Etc.).
• Demonstrable professional experience with machine learning, analysis, and modeling complex data sets
• High-level understanding of data governance and data quality processes

POWER BI CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership
• Must be proactive with solid organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US

POWER BI CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement Power BI solutions
• Provide technical leadership for customers to support successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Power BI solutions
• Consult on Power BI architecture and design
• Build references architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers
• Become an expert at Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Data Models, and data visualizations
