    Crispelli’s Bakery is hiring a Bread Production Manager for our growing brand. We are looking for an Artisan Bread Production Manager who will help our Head Bread Manager and Executive Baker oversee production and implement systems. This person will ideally have 3 years of artisan bread experience with team leadership and organizational skills. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual. Somebody who has a strong professional skill set, attention to detail, and a focus for high quality. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next step.

    Typical shift: standard 8-9 hour day with start times varying between 4:00am-8:00am and occasionally stepping in for PM. Some shifts may run past 8 hours. Goal is 2 consecutive days off. Will require holidays, weekend shifts, daytime shifts and an occasional evening shift

    Strong interpersonal communication skills

    Basic Microsoft computer skills

    Duties:

    Organize production and ensure it is running on time

    Input PM Production numbers and check AM Production numbers

    Assist in training and overseeing new hires

    Able to problem solve to best of ability

    Inform Bread Manager and Executive Baker of any issues

    Accurately scaling recipes and portioning dough

    Ability to mix, fold, shape and round dough, bake bread

    Proficient knowledge of various types of bread

    Ability to work clean and organized

    Enforce cleanliness and organization with teams

    Placing ingredient orders from vendors

    Communicate with co-workers and managers

    Assist Bread Manager in any changes to the schedule

    Available to cover call outs
