Luxury travel company ARTISANS OF LEISURE is hiring!
This position involves working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee client travel documents and all tour logistics. Applicants must be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive prior international travel experience in our tour destinations a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Confirming details and logistics of private international luxury tours
- Communicating with international suppliers on a daily basis
- Processing and distributing client documents
- Ensuring seamless coordination of services throughout the tours
- Staying on top of Covid-19 travel and entry requirements and restrictions
- Processing visas
- Maintaining databases, collateral materials and supplies
- Overseeing Operations Department procedures and communications within the office
- Using own initiative to develop and create new materials and processes to enhance the Operations Department and client experience
- Attending regular meetings with suppliers in our office
- Learn about culture and travel highlights in destinations all over the world
Requirements include:
- Passion for travel, culture and quality
- Extreme attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to “see the big picture”
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Extensive prior travel experience in our tour destinations and/or travel industry experience a plus
