    Job Title: Administrative Assistant Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Office Administration: • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies Calendar Management: • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for executives • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Documentation and Record Keeping: • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails Communication and Correspondence: • Draft and proofread correspondence and other documents as needed • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members Data Entry and Reporting: • Input data into various databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently • Generate reports and compile data as requested Meeting Support: • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and refreshments Qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Compensation: $42,500 - $47,000 yearly
