    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Communications Associate to join our team. The Communications Associate will play a pivotal role in crafting and disseminating key messages to internal and external stakeholders, supporting our organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities: • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our organization's social media presence across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. • Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other materials to promote organizational initiatives and events. Coordinate media inquiries and interview requests. • Internal Communications: Support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments. Assist in creating and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates. • Event Support: Provide communication support for events, conferences, and other outreach activities. This may include developing promotional materials, coordinating media coverage, and managing event-related communication. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms. • Experience with graphic design tools and/or video editing software is a plus. Compensation: $46,800 - $55,800 yearly
