Responsibilities: • Social Media Management: Support the management of company social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and generating creative ideas to enhance our online presence. • Campaign Support: Aid in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and effective performance. • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining marketing databases, and handling correspondence. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts. • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing to continually enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tasks and challenges. Compensation: $39,500 - $46,500 yearly
