This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome Guests: • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors upon arrival. • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Administrative Support: • Manage front desk activities, including scheduling and managing appointments. • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company, services, and policies. • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Clerical Duties: • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it is presentable and organized. Customer Service: • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. • Provide information and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met. • Assist in the coordination of special events, meetings, and appointments. Technology Use: • Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines. • Utilize and manage office software for scheduling, communication, and data entry. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Compensation: $45,000 - $52,500 yearly
