Landscape / Hardscape Crew Technician Our company is a full service landscape management company. We provide professional design, installation, and maintenance of all phases of landscaping, lighting, pavers, walls, ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and outdoor fireplaces and kitchens. We are currently looking for individuals to join our hardworking team. We are located in Hudson, North Carolina. We are currently hiring for 5 (8-10 hour) work days per week, with some Saturdays necessary. Duties:

Prepare installation site

Operate all power equipment (such as, but not limited to, tractors, skidsteers, mini-excavators, dingos, and small power equipment)

Install landscape lighting and hardscape features (including retaining walls, pavers, natural stone/boulders, water features, etc.)

Install plant material with current horticultural guidelines

Haul and spread topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials

Operate all hand tools (rakes, shovels, saws, axes, shears, etc…)

Ability to perform landscape maintenance when needed

Valid driver’s license

Education:

High school education preferred

AAS degree a bonus but not required

Training and certification provided by employer, but experience is desired

Requirements:

Prefer at least 2 years in the field

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Transportation to and from our shop required

Must provide 3 non-family references

Pay

Negotiable and based on experience

Performance evaluation within 45 business days of hire- possibly sooner if employee is performing exceptionally
